Coastal Reflections Counselling Group takes a holistic approach towards counselling individuals, recognizing that treatment is most valuable when working with all aspects of a person. We understand that making the decision to come for counselling can be a difficult one and it takes courage to take that first step. The majority of individuals who seek counselling are coming for reasons that are common and normal. At some point in time everyone struggles with life’s issues and it can be helpful to learn practical solutions to solve problems and to have a safe and neutral environment to explore how your current problems affect you.
